How often does Nice Dress release new items?

We release new arrivals every week so be sure to visit our regularly for exclusive products since our inventory is limited!

How long does shipping take?

USA Products: 2- 5 business days*

Overseas Products: 5 - 10 business days*

We do do not currently ship to residents outside the U.S. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.  

 We currently ship to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

How much does it cost? 

We charge a $4.99 flat shipping rate per order (no matter how many items and provide FREE SHIPPING for orders above $59.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

I received a faulty item what do I do?

Please send us an email to shop.nicedress@gmail.com with the following information:
  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code 
  • Description of the fault
  • Image of faulty items including original packaging and tags

Please wait until you’ve spoken to our Customer Care team before you return anything so we can make sure we get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to return my item?

You've got 7 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

Can I exchange instead of a refund?

Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
